I think my MBA had a huge amount to do with the expectations that our organization has with my position. You need to have a personal feel for clients and connect with families. You also have to understand staff and the business side of managing a $12 million corporation in order to serve the people who need our services the most. I credit both my master’s programs with influencing how I work with people.
